Blogging?!!?! whats blogging?!??! i forgot! haha... sorry its taken me so long to post anything. i have been kind of KRAZY!! Mom, Jonathan, Dad, and i are all up in idaho right now. We have been here since last wednesday and we have just been having fun with the Neices! and ALLY!!! I miss her! I will post another one with LOTS of picturas! FUN FUN FUN.... I choped it off!!!!

I don't really like going to "Great Clips" but i couldn't find anyone else to do my hair. SO... i went to the next place. And i think they did awesome! As i sat down in the seat i was very nervous!! The girl cutting my hair was about 3 or 4 years older than me, but had been cutting hair for about that long. And i think she did a wonderful job! Anyway back to my story. as i sat down she asked me if i just wanted a trim? and i said "nope, im cutting it all off, i want to donate it." so she explained that it had to be 10" to donate and if i did than my haircut was free! SO cool. She Tied back 10" and then cut an inch above to cut off the rest of my hair, and i wish i had brought a camera so i could take a picute of it. I cut off about 13 inches of it all together. And then even more with the layering. I actually told her exactly how i wanted it and it turned out great! I love it!

I am now on break for the rest of the semester!!! actually not completely... i neglected to do some of my broadway homework so i have to go do that right now before i forget, because she moved the deadline from thursday to tomorrow... so... tomorrow it will be official!

Thanksgiving

haha... i know it is already December but I've been too busy/lazy to blog about it. OK, I had a late night Wednesday night because Jacob didn't have to be home till 11:30... totally rare and awesome so we had to stay up that late, since it never happens. We went to someones house in the ward because they have this thing called the Turkey Pit. Where everyone brings their turkeys, and they put them in this big fiery pit (kind of like hell... hehe). Well it was just ashes the fire had died down. But they put them in there and let them cook all night, and i guess they turn out amazing! Who knows we didn't do it. It was way fun though, i saw a lot of my friends from high school, i know it sounds silly because we just graduated but i don't see anyone! I even have three friends already getting married... well one already is. Anyway, so it was fun to see my guy friends! I loved it. It was like old times! Ya so i talked with them and they went to a movie somewhere while Me, Jacob, Heather, and Brian did something. (i don't remember what we did)... oh well must have not been that cool... Anyway! ON to Thanksgiving....

We (as in dad and i) woke up at 9:30 and watched the Macy's Day Parade! My favorite! While mom was finishing up making lunch/dinner!! Dawn and Jonathan set the table, with... the nice dishes aka the china, which we only bring out for thanksgiving and Christmas. The meal consisted of turkey, corn, scalloped potato's, mashed potato's, rolls, jello, salad, stuffing... and pie. We ate around one... it was fun! I didn't really eat that much because i wasn't very hungry. No one was really. So we had TONS of left overs. But it was still scrumptious!

After lunch we decided to go see a stupid movie! we saw fred claus... funny i will admit, but SOOOOOOOOSOSOSOSO stupid the whole rest of the movie. Jonathan wanted to see it so we did. Jacob came with us. That ended around 5:30, and we took jacob home because he had to be at home for dinner and the ASU game at 6:00...

THEN! We got back in the car and went and saw the most wonderful movie ever!!! ENCHANTED!!!!!!!!! hehe... seriously though i wish i was the lead. That role would be one of the funnest roles to play. and the actress that did it, was so good! I am going to have to see it again!

One down...

I took my final for my theory class today! Well it wasn't really a final. I just had to take the test for the rhythms part of the class today. AND i already took tests and got an A on all the other section tests so i am exempt (i think thats how you spell it... probably not. haha) from the final in those areas! Which also equals ALL areas! SO...... No more music theory aka my brain hurting, for the semester!!! (to bad it isn't for forever) I am so happy! Now i can sleep in longer, or be lazy around the house! I love College! Ü hehe Ü

I win!!

Jacob and i went on a date to golf land, and it was so much fun!!! It was so freezing and poor Jacob was stuck at one hole for about 5 min. There was a kind of mote around one of the wholes and his ball kept going into the water! haha it was so sad, it happened like 13 times. He couldn't get it. He actually lost it. The last time he hit it so hard that it bounced of the ramp, hit the back wall, smacked me in the arm and disappeared... we seriously have no idea where it went. It was really funny. And the people behind us saw what had happened and had been picking up extra balls as they were going so they had an extra one. SO we got to keep playing. It was really funny. I took this picture the last time he hit it into the water before it vanished.









The same thing happened at grad night too... haha.

It was really cold outside so he couldn't feel his fingers at all once we were done. But it was still fun!!
And according to the title its sound like i won. But i really didn't he kicked my but!! even with that really long hole where he hit the ball 10 times and then lost it! Yes i know, im a loser... i honestly don't even know what my score was i stopped counting when he was like 10 lower than me! haha. After the date we went for ice cream. The loser had to pay. haha, so i lost so i payed. I had a blast!

Saturday was a very exciting day! Actually i can't remember much of what happend except for the fact that dad and jonathan cleaned out moms closet so we were going through some old clothes and things and some were mine from 9th grade when that used to be my closet, so jonathan put them on... this one used to be ally's dawn's and then mine... and now.

So funny story behind this picture. Jonathan told me that while him and dad were cleaning out the closet dad told him he could keep any money he found. So he found a box full of pennys... haha it was like 2 dollars worth. And they were in those little pocket things so he held them up to his eyes (trying to be funny), i took the picture without him realizing it. and then told him i was going to take it. So he held them up to his eyes for like 2 minutes while dad and i just laughed at him.... because i wasn't taking it, i was wanting to see how long he would hold them up there! hahahaha. HILARIOUS!!!

Date Night! Ü

Jacob and i have been trying to plan a fun date night (since we're both so busy we have to schedule time to see each other)... So we had Friday night set... It really all started because i was having a not so great day and he was trying to help. So he says "Ok, i have the date figured out. We are going to go to the park, and eat dinner. Consisting of... whatever you choose from McDonald's." (i giggled. it was funny) then he said "with candle light..." (i laughed out loud and gave him a funny look and he said) "Ok... ix nay the candle light... then we will grab our Rollerblades, that we have already put in my car, and go roller blading! After having a great time together doing that, we will get the portable DVD player and watch a movie.... your choice." It made me smile from ear to ear haha he makes me so happy!
SO, Friday comes along, and we come to find out that the portable DVD player we were going to use has a happy new home with my sister in Virginia... So, Jacob grabbed the one from his house. anyway, I'm getting ahead of myself. He came over and we hung out with dad and Jonathan for a little bit, and then the night began. We went to McDonald's. I ordered my usual #10 the 6 piece chicken nuggets... and he basically ordered the whole menu.. haha. we got to freestone park (we decided that park would be most fun to go roller blading at) and ate our dinner, surprisingly enough he finished his food before me and helped me with mine. Then we put on our roller blades! And this is when all the fun pictures and videos came!

Costume Party?

ok so Brian called me and asked me what i was doing (this is after i had just gotten home from a date with jacob and his mom) and i said nothing so he told me to run and put on a costume and that we were going to a costume party! He sounded excited on the phone. So i was thinking to myself ok what can i put on in 3 min that can kind of count as a costume... so i put on this!

i was a cowgirl! haha! Then heather and brian came and brian was a cowboy, and heather was a milk maid... hehe it made me giggle... It had been heathers idea to go to the party because her friend was throwing it. And this friend is one of those people that when they through a party... THEY THROUGH A PARTY! and thats what heather thought it would be like.... uummm.... well... it wasn't exactly as we had thought... there were only about 10-15 people there all close friends, and wearing... umm, costumes? A guy name CJ was an old woman with a big butt, and ballon sized boobs with a walker and a robe, there was Amanda from work (well Lehi Valley) she was a witch, Steve (from lehi valley) was there and he was a rino cop, so he had on nasty tight short shorts on, a wig and a mustache... ummm.... im going to have nightmares because of that one. Some one was robin but his shorts were so tight and short that it was scary, and i was scared for him. And just things like that. I mean i knew everyone. but not well enough to go to a party like that. so ya lets just say that brian and i felt really awkward and didn't fit in AT ALL.... so we left and went to Jacobs house.

You are now asking yourself "why wasn't Jacob with us in the first place?" Lets see oh yes... the ASU football game was on so he was at home bonding with his dad. Which is great! anyway, So we went over there and had rootbeer floats and partied till jacob took me home. it was fun day, kind of crazy, and i kind of hope i never have to repeat it! Anyway, so that was my saturday/saturday night! fun fun fun!!

My new Philosophy

OK so i am so happy i finally got one of the songs i recorded to post! it isn't the greatest recording, it's only the last half of the song, and it doesn't do either of them justice, but it is still fun to watch them! Because i love Rebekah Ellingson! She is the greatest Sally ever! And Frank is the best Schroeder! Great Job guys!

Gilbert Rec-Center

Yesterday was so much fun! I did so much! First at about 2 o'clock, after my wonderful boyfriend cleaned our carpets, We went to the Gilbert rec-center and went rock climbing! It was so much fun! These are some pictures of Jacob, me, Brian, and Heather!

Then we went into the dance room, and i was teaching all of them how to do different dance moves. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Brian was the funniest because he was so serious when he did it and he looked the goofiest! haha. Then i taught them how to do cartwheels, because they didn't know how. And then last but not least i showed them i could do the worm, but i wasn't about to try to teach it! haha. I didn't take any pictures while we were dancing. we were having to much fun!

But i did take pictures of Brian and Jacob playing Ping-pong! haha It kind of reminded me of that "Balls of fury" movie, because they were playing to so intense! I wouldn't let either one of them sit to close, they were gross, sweaty, and stink! haha!

I love Jacob Merkley

I love this kid!! He is the greatest! Not just to me but to everyone! ok...So mom has been talking about how gross our carpets have been getting because we haven't gotten them cleaned since we moved here. And Jacob was over at the time, now this was about three months ago. Well, friday night jacob turned to me and said, "Michelle is your mom going to be home tomorrow?" and i told him no because she was decorating for the dance (homecoming)... and he said, "Good! im going to come over tomorrow morning and help you clean, and then clean your carpets. its going to be a good surprise!" and he was completely serious too! So he came over at about 10:00 am saturday morning and helped me pick up the kitchen and family room, i vaccuumed and then he went straight to work. It took him until 1:00 to finish the carpets, but they looked Dang good when he was finished! While he did that, i deep cleaned the kitched, did the dishes, and actually got on my hands and knees and scrubbed the kitchen floor, because it had gotten really gross, and our "mop" thing had broken.
Dad was outside helping the neighbors across the street move rock, and when jacob came driving up, and walked up to our house with the carpet cleaner the neighbor asked if that was dads son and dad said, "No, thats my daughters boyfriend... he's coming to clean our carpets." that lady looked at him and said, "Wow, he's a keeper!" and i have to agree! :) Thanks Jacob you're wonderful!

The musical is going great! I know mom would say otherwise because that's what always happens around this time. She is freaked out about everything: lighting, costumes, acting, singing, aka everything... we were at the school till 12:20 last night (well i guess technically that would be this morning) fixing lights. The lighting is so awesome! i love it, It reminds me of a Euporea concert the way the lights are used in this show... They haven't ever taken this much time, or energy with them. I guess a little of that is my fault because i have a say in the lighting and all (you know because i am the choreographer, so on my numbers there's lots of special lighting: spotlight, cyc changes, all that jazz) and I LOVE IT!!! It makes it so interesting, and exciting to watch... well, except the part when the lights don't work out as planned, or the cues get messed up.... then... its not so cool.ha ha but it is really good though!! i still can't get it to let me post any videos, I'm really trying though! i promise! Tonight the show is getting judicated(sorry for spelling) to see if they are good enough to make state like we did 2 years ago. Mom is really stressed out about that because she wants them to win! ha ha, i love her.

The show is next Wednesday 31, Thursday 1, Friday 2, and Saturday 3 at 7:00, there is also a 2:00 show on Saturday at Mesa High. Everyone come and bring your friends and family! IT seriously is AMAZING!!! Ü (and I'm not just saying that bc i was apart of it) Ü

Monday...

Mondays are a bit crazy for me. I wake up at 6:00 and start getting ready. eat breakfast, take a shower.... that sort of thing. I have piano at 7:00, on my way over there i have to take Jonathan over to bradleys so he can have a ride to school. Then i have piano from either 7:00-7:30 or 7:50 depending on how much i am able to practice (with my schedual, not very much.) and how good the lesson is going. Then i go home and read my scriptures until 8 or so. So depending on the day is how long i study. Then I finish getting ready and have to leave my house at 8:30 to be to school on time. Well today my (9:00) theory class was canceled, but my entire class didn't got told until 10 min into the class. So now i had a hour to kill and nothing to pass the time. I walked by the head office of the music dept. and saw Suan Lucius sitting in there so i decided to go talk to her. It was really great. She told me all the classes i needed for next semester and that when i was signing up for the classes just to go talk to her and i would be fine with getting them. So that was good. Then i took the rest of the time. Which was about 30 min. To study and go over my packets and papers for my broadway class. So i was able to do lots in that hour it was wonderful. But right now i am in the library completely bored until my next class, which is actually only in 10 min. So i have to rap this up. I have work after school, then luckey me, gets to work on a project that is due tomorrow for my Broadway class.... that i haven't started... but i will get it done and it will be wonderful! Anyway, i have to go to class. Hope you like reading about my really boring/exciting life... Ü

Girls Night?

After Saturday afternoon session of conference dawn mom and i go out for a girls night while all the guys go to Priesthood session. Well, it didn't work out that well because mom had to go to a speech and debate competition. SO it was just me and dawn... and we were both EXTREMELY tired and not to into the whole girls night really that night. But we decided to go anyway. We went to Serrano's for dinner because dawn was really craving Mexican food. I wasn't really hungry because i had eaten at Jacobs about 20 min before she had come over. So i went along for the chips and salsa. When we got there.. this is how many people were in the restaurant.
aka... none! it was pretty much just me and dawn... there were a couple but for the most part, we were the only ones. So.... i busted out my camera... ok not really i took one of her and then one of me... the end of my busting.

i know she really hates me for posting this... but i had to. It was the only picture i had from the night... and did you see that really cute one of me on her page. I just had to match it.

So the night, well 30 min we were there, was coming to the end, and i looked down and realized that while i was just eating my beans, salsa, and chips i had been pulling apart and tarring my straw wraper. And... i had made them all the same size without thinking about it. It was quite weird.
After our "girls night" we drove back to my house and that was the end of it. Dawn left and i went and hung out with some friends.

Conference Candy and... over weight stick people?

Our family always has candy for conference... but this time jonathan and i got to pick the candy! And we might have gone a little over board. haha. Dad made breakfast, we had eggs, bacon, and waffles (homemade may i add) and it was really good. Then 5 min before conference was supposed to start dad realized that he forgot the candy!!! so he gave me and jonathan each 5 dollars and we drove across the street to Fry's... and this is what happend. haha. we got: skittles, pumkins, mike-n-ikes, peanut butter m&m's, sour watermelon slices, and lafy taffy... and we had pretzles, and animal crackers! SO now we are pretty much on a sugar high and completely sick! but it is still fun!

My Busy Schedual!!

Ya i know i know! i haven't posted in a really long time. My sister ally called me and told me i had to post a new story because it was no longer fun to look at my gross ankle. And the fact that is says updated is a lie! And Deanna agreed. I kind of like looking at that picture. Not really actually. It makes me sad. But it is getting better. It isn't purple and blue anymore. To be completely honest those pictures weren't even the worst. It got nasty looking, and my whole foot started turning green, purple, and dark blue. And i don't think that is normal. It is better now though, still a little swollen and sore, but better.
I have just been REALLY busy lately that's the real reason i haven't written. Like my later post i explained how crazy my schedule was going to get. And it did! FUN but CRAZY! let me tell ya.
1. The musical is going great! i hate technology though, i tried to post a video of the dancing, but it wont work. I will have to find someway to get something on. Either picture, or video of rehearsals and me teaching. I have to say that choreographing is SO stressful!! I couldn't think of anything for while, and then everything i did think of seemed stupid to me, so each idea and dance changed about 10 times before i actually taught it, and even then it gets changed a little bit. But it is VERY rewarding. I think it is so cool to sit back and watch what i have created. I guess this is what mom feels like every time she is directing a show. Stress!!! no sleep!!! yet rewarding, and satisfying!! Ü
2.work... i am still learning things EVERY single day. I don't think there is ever a dull moment. The phone is always ringing off the hook! I am getting more familiar with the different people. ok humiliating story... so there are two women that work in the same office as me, Joanne (who leaves at 2, around when i get there) and Gaylene, she works in the back, and answers all my questions (sometimes i feel stupid when i have to talk to her, because some questions are nobrainers but i don't realize it until after i ask). Well, one of the providers had called and asked if either Joanne or Gaylene were there? I forgot who was who, and accidentally said Gaylene wasn't there when in reality it was Joanne, Gaylene turned to me and says, Michelle i am Gaylene... I felt like such a doofus!! She laughed and i immediately wrote myself a note so it wouldn't happen again. And the providers (counselors) like to play tricks on me and tell me different names. Well in the beginning they did. So i learned really quick who was who... ha ha. I have also gotten better at remembering things. I'm not such an air head anymore. I can actually say that (yahoo for me!!) ha ha!!! I remember names and faces of patients, which i have never ever been able to do before. It is because the worst thing is when people come in and don't say their name obviously expecting me to already know who they are, and then when i have to ask, because i see about 20 new faces everyday, it seems as though they are disappointed. So i decided to learn them... hard, but i will do it!
3.school... is really good. I got a paper back from English today and it had a 95/100 on it. So i am having a good day so far. I'm actually at school right now. I don't have a class from 10:50-12:00 so i come to the library and either do homework (which i obviously don't have) check email, check out peoples blogs, or write posts. Or all of the above. But really school it going great! I love it, and i have wonderful teachers! I don't really have much homework, so it works with my busy schedule... thank goodness!
4. Christian dance... i have practices on Tuesday and Wednesday, and later in the months more toward the performance, i will be practicing Thursday nights too. Because i am one of the 3 wise man. I am way excited! The performances are December 15th at mesa high, and December 18th at the temple. Fun stuff!
5. Jacob... when I'm not at school, work, piano, doing homework, choreographing, or driving. I am with Jacob. Its been really fun! I love it. He keeps me grounded so i don't snap because of all the things i am doing. And it has worked so far i haven't cracked yet. Ha ha cute story. So i was talking to Tre last night (my nephew) and i asked how he was and stuff, and he says "good, i went to a farm, and i saw turkeys, pigs, cows, and horses" and yes i can understand every word he says. He also tells me how he got a new bunk bed and is a big boy because he sleeps on the top, and has to climb a latter to get up there. (he is so cute) than i hear Deanna say something and then tre says "How's your honey Shel? Is he good?" it was the cutest thing! I couldn't stop smiling, i loved it!
OK so i have to go to class now, but ya that is basically my life, and i through in some parties every once in a while, or just do crazy stuff as an adult/Teenager. Are you happy Ally? Now you have something else to read! ha ha. But those pictures and videos of "Your a Good Man Charlie Brown." Its awesome and way way fun!!!

ADDICTED!!!!!!!

Im addicted to animal crackers.... i guess there could be a lot worse things to get addicted to, but it is bad. So mom bought one of those huge boxes from sams club. i mean the big ones! Well she bought them on Wednesday and they are almost gone! and it's sunday! I seriously eat them everywhere. They are the yummiest things ever, i take a bag with me to work. And i munch on them the whole time i am there. Then i come home get the box sit down with dad in front of the tv and i eat them. Good thing they aren't bad for me (well i mean harmful) or i would be in BIG trouble! haha!

Jumping off a Building?!

I couldn't walk this morning, so getting ready was a real adventure. I got off my bed, and sat on the ground. Then i proceded to scoot along the ground on my butt to my mirror in the corner of my room. So i could do my hair and put on my make up. Then I crawled to my closet to get my skirt and shirt. After getting all ready i had to figure out what i was doing about church. Dad suggested me sitting in the wheel chair, but i refused so i had to go to church with my stupid crutches! We were 10 min late (of course, but this time it was becasue of me, i couldn't get around fast enough.) so i swung in on crutches having everyone stare at me wondering what happened, and i knew once the closing prayer was said and everyone said "amen" i was in for a lot of questioning. I think i said "i sprained my ankle" at least 40 times. Then i started making up cool story's like "oh they were teaching me how to do a back flip and i over rotated and fell..." then when i was by sarah merkley and people would ask she would say "Jacob did it" then we would all laugh and i would tell them for real. But my favorite answer was the one jacob would give. They would ask, "oh my goodness michelle, what happened to your foot are you ok?" jacobs answer was "Oh we were hanging out friday night and she decided to go and do a back flip off the building, she landed to hard and almost broke it, she's really lucky she didn't!" haha. I just loved the look on their faces when he answered! But i am pretty sure that everyone in the ward knows i hurt my ankle.
When sunday school was over and Bro. Lindblom was asking someone to say the closing prayer he said "Jacob will you say the closing prayer? i would ask michelle but she is hobbling to much." haha hobbling?! Who says that? so from then on every one of the guys made fun of me by saying "Hey hows the 'hobbling' coming along?" it was actually really funny to be honest.

How smart can i be?

these pictures are from this morning... it was a lot worse last night.

So last night (sept. 14), I was planning on having a really fun night just going to this Gymnastics open night thingy. Where you can go and have a good time.

I had been messing around. Doing arials, cart wheels, toe touches, and lots of other fun stuff... We had been there for no longer than 15 min when Scott did a toe touch and landed really funny.

So being the really smart person that I am I made fun of him and showed him how he landed. I jumped into the air, and was laughing, but when I came down my ankle gave out on me. It cracked and i went straight to the ground.

I grabbed my ankle and instantly thought it was broken! One of the trainers came over to me, and someone from the other side came running over. he said "are you ok? i heard the crack from all the way accross the mat!" I got up and they asked me if i could try to walk. And I just started crying. So the trainer picked me up and carried me into the other room.

Instantly my ankle swelled up like a balloon, litterally! It looked like there were two golf balls living on the side of my ankle. It was horrible!! and it hurt!
I went to the doctor and waited for two hours just to find out that it was just sprained and all i needed to do was stay off it and ice it. So that is what i have been doing.
