Tonights Date

I just got home from a date just now and i had a really good time. I went with an old friend, his name is Christopher Bowman. We have been friends for a while and he got accepted at a school in Missouri so i probably wont ever see him again after tonight because he leaves on Thursday. Anyway... about the date.
He asked me out on a date through a text which i think is pretty lame, but whatever. We planned the date and time all through text messaging. ha ha. So we were going to dinner and a movie. He picked me up around 6:35ish and when i looked out my front window i realized my date had a mow hawk! I was so surprised! Actually it was quite funny, and for the first half of the drive i couldn't stop laughing. we drove down Broadway toward Stapley and then to dinner listening and singing to country music the whole way! we ate at Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a Steak with french fries and a salad, and he ordered a steak, and his two sides were chosen at random, he just told the waitress to surprise him, ha ha... So here we were just talking and having a really good time, when a guy making balloon figures asked us if we wanted one. Chris said no but i said heck yes! I asked him if he would make me a blue bird... he made the blue bird, and it had a black mow hawk, so he matched my date. It was hilarious, and then for about 5 more min he tried talking to us and being apart of our conversations. I could tell Chris was getting annoyed but i thought it was just fantastic! We finished dinner and left for the theater.
I don't know why we didn't just walk, it was just across the way, but whatever. So, we drove to the amc, right next to the restaurant where dinner was. We got in line and he bought 2 tickets for the Borne Ultimatum. (i had seen this the night previous, but i still was excited to see it again). We sat in the theater making fun of each of the previews that came on, and with my luck every single one was a preview for a rated R movie. All the better to make fun of then!
I thought the movie was so good, i kept looking over to see Chris just staring at me, so i would make a funny face and he would laugh and then watch the movie again, cracking jokes the whole time, it was great.
The Movie ended around 10:20, and he kept teasing me that i was late for my bed time and i needed to get home quick...ha ha great times. We got to my house, and i accidentally opened my car door and he made me close it so he could open it. Then he walked me to my door and we said our final goodbyes with a hug and a little chat, and some more goofing off... he walked to his car, and when i turned to open my door it was locked, so i had to keep knocking till someone finally came. Now i am going to go find something else exciting to do... Toodles.
