D-Junking

Saturday was a very exciting day! Actually i can't remember much of what happend except for the fact that dad and jonathan cleaned out moms closet so we were going through some old clothes and things and some were mine from 9th grade when that used to be my closet, so jonathan put them on... this one used to be ally's dawn's and then mine... and now.

So funny story behind this picture. Jonathan told me that while him and dad were cleaning out the closet dad told him he could keep any money he found. So he found a box full of pennys... haha it was like 2 dollars worth. And they were in those little pocket things so he held them up to his eyes (trying to be funny), i took the picture without him realizing it. and then told him i was going to take it. So he held them up to his eyes for like 2 minutes while dad and i just laughed at him.... because i wasn't taking it, i was wanting to see how long he would hold them up there! hahahaha. HILARIOUS!!!

Date Night! Ü

Jacob and i have been trying to plan a fun date night (since we're both so busy we have to schedule time to see each other)... So we had Friday night set... It really all started because i was having a not so great day and he was trying to help. So he says "Ok, i have the date figured out. We are going to go to the park, and eat dinner. Consisting of... whatever you choose from McDonald's." (i giggled. it was funny) then he said "with candle light..." (i laughed out loud and gave him a funny look and he said) "Ok... ix nay the candle light... then we will grab our Rollerblades, that we have already put in my car, and go roller blading! After having a great time together doing that, we will get the portable DVD player and watch a movie.... your choice." It made me smile from ear to ear haha he makes me so happy!
SO, Friday comes along, and we come to find out that the portable DVD player we were going to use has a happy new home with my sister in Virginia... So, Jacob grabbed the one from his house. anyway, I'm getting ahead of myself. He came over and we hung out with dad and Jonathan for a little bit, and then the night began. We went to McDonald's. I ordered my usual #10 the 6 piece chicken nuggets... and he basically ordered the whole menu.. haha. we got to freestone park (we decided that park would be most fun to go roller blading at) and ate our dinner, surprisingly enough he finished his food before me and helped me with mine. Then we put on our roller blades! And this is when all the fun pictures and videos came!

and at the end of the little film i was doing really good and then i started going down hill backwards... and i wasn't ok with that!! Not at all! I couldn't even go forward! haha

So after all the fun and skating we went back to my house to watch the movie... I chose "I robot" because its a favorite!! I have to say this date was at the top of my favorite dates list... i am a little bias, seeing that this one was with my boyfriend... Ü

Costume Party?

ok so Brian called me and asked me what i was doing (this is after i had just gotten home from a date with jacob and his mom) and i said nothing so he told me to run and put on a costume and that we were going to a costume party! He sounded excited on the phone. So i was thinking to myself ok what can i put on in 3 min that can kind of count as a costume... so i put on this!

i was a cowgirl! haha! Then heather and brian came and brian was a cowboy, and heather was a milk maid... hehe it made me giggle... It had been heathers idea to go to the party because her friend was throwing it. And this friend is one of those people that when they through a party... THEY THROUGH A PARTY! and thats what heather thought it would be like.... uummm.... well... it wasn't exactly as we had thought... there were only about 10-15 people there all close friends, and wearing... umm, costumes? A guy name CJ was an old woman with a big butt, and ballon sized boobs with a walker and a robe, there was Amanda from work (well Lehi Valley) she was a witch, Steve (from lehi valley) was there and he was a rino cop, so he had on nasty tight short shorts on, a wig and a mustache... ummm.... im going to have nightmares because of that one. Some one was robin but his shorts were so tight and short that it was scary, and i was scared for him. And just things like that. I mean i knew everyone. but not well enough to go to a party like that. so ya lets just say that brian and i felt really awkward and didn't fit in AT ALL.... so we left and went to Jacobs house.

You are now asking yourself "why wasn't Jacob with us in the first place?" Lets see oh yes... the ASU football game was on so he was at home bonding with his dad. Which is great! anyway, So we went over there and had rootbeer floats and partied till jacob took me home. it was fun day, kind of crazy, and i kind of hope i never have to repeat it! Anyway, so that was my saturday/saturday night! fun fun fun!!

My new Philosophy

OK so i am so happy i finally got one of the songs i recorded to post! it isn't the greatest recording, it's only the last half of the song, and it doesn't do either of them justice, but it is still fun to watch them! Because i love Rebekah Ellingson! She is the greatest Sally ever! And Frank is the best Schroeder! Great Job guys!

Gilbert Rec-Center

Yesterday was so much fun! I did so much! First at about 2 o'clock, after my wonderful boyfriend cleaned our carpets, We went to the Gilbert rec-center and went rock climbing! It was so much fun! These are some pictures of Jacob, me, Brian, and Heather!

Then we went into the dance room, and i was teaching all of them how to do different dance moves. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Brian was the funniest because he was so serious when he did it and he looked the goofiest! haha. Then i taught them how to do cartwheels, because they didn't know how. And then last but not least i showed them i could do the worm, but i wasn't about to try to teach it! haha. I didn't take any pictures while we were dancing. we were having to much fun!

But i did take pictures of Brian and Jacob playing Ping-pong! haha It kind of reminded me of that "Balls of fury" movie, because they were playing to so intense! I wouldn't let either one of them sit to close, they were gross, sweaty, and stink! haha!

I love Jacob Merkley

I love this kid!! He is the greatest! Not just to me but to everyone! ok...So mom has been talking about how gross our carpets have been getting because we haven't gotten them cleaned since we moved here. And Jacob was over at the time, now this was about three months ago. Well, friday night jacob turned to me and said, "Michelle is your mom going to be home tomorrow?" and i told him no because she was decorating for the dance (homecoming)... and he said, "Good! im going to come over tomorrow morning and help you clean, and then clean your carpets. its going to be a good surprise!" and he was completely serious too! So he came over at about 10:00 am saturday morning and helped me pick up the kitchen and family room, i vaccuumed and then he went straight to work. It took him until 1:00 to finish the carpets, but they looked Dang good when he was finished! While he did that, i deep cleaned the kitched, did the dishes, and actually got on my hands and knees and scrubbed the kitchen floor, because it had gotten really gross, and our "mop" thing had broken.
Dad was outside helping the neighbors across the street move rock, and when jacob came driving up, and walked up to our house with the carpet cleaner the neighbor asked if that was dads son and dad said, "No, thats my daughters boyfriend... he's coming to clean our carpets." that lady looked at him and said, "Wow, he's a keeper!" and i have to agree! :) Thanks Jacob you're wonderful!

The musical is going great! I know mom would say otherwise because that's what always happens around this time. She is freaked out about everything: lighting, costumes, acting, singing, aka everything... we were at the school till 12:20 last night (well i guess technically that would be this morning) fixing lights. The lighting is so awesome! i love it, It reminds me of a Euporea concert the way the lights are used in this show... They haven't ever taken this much time, or energy with them. I guess a little of that is my fault because i have a say in the lighting and all (you know because i am the choreographer, so on my numbers there's lots of special lighting: spotlight, cyc changes, all that jazz) and I LOVE IT!!! It makes it so interesting, and exciting to watch... well, except the part when the lights don't work out as planned, or the cues get messed up.... then... its not so cool.ha ha but it is really good though!! i still can't get it to let me post any videos, I'm really trying though! i promise! Tonight the show is getting judicated(sorry for spelling) to see if they are good enough to make state like we did 2 years ago. Mom is really stressed out about that because she wants them to win! ha ha, i love her.

The show is next Wednesday 31, Thursday 1, Friday 2, and Saturday 3 at 7:00, there is also a 2:00 show on Saturday at Mesa High. Everyone come and bring your friends and family! IT seriously is AMAZING!!! Ü (and I'm not just saying that bc i was apart of it) Ü
